Born in Lafayette, TN, she was the daughter of Paul Bransford and Wilma Barber Johns, and was the wife for 42 years of Robert Garcia, they all survive.
Other survivors include son, Kevin Garcia; siblings, Daniel Bransford, Evonne Claywell; two grandchildren.
Joyce was a member of Freedom Baptist Church, loved Jeopardy and her puppies.
A memorial service will be at 11am, Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Freedom Baptist Church, 8702 Franklin Road, Plant City, FL 33565.
