Charlotte Ann Mooney

Charlotte Ann Mooney, 78 passed away July 12, 2019. Born in Tampa, FL, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Frances Ward Henderson. She was the wife of the late James Mooney, Jr. for 55 years. Her survivors include children, Hal Mooney (Peggy), Jim Mooney (Sarah), Chrissy Harshman (Vaughan); siblings, Wanda Sabol, Sue Carter (Joe), and sister-in-law, Joanne Henderson; grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Jacob (Jackie), Matthew, Jesse, Delaney (Austin), Aaron; great grandchildren, Charlie, Kensley, Acelyn, Rowan. Charlotte owned Storybook Lane Christian Daycare and Preschool in Dover for over 10 years and was a member of First Baptist Church Dover. She was an avid reader and a lifelong learner and teacher. Memorial services will be Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 11:00am at First Baptist Church of Dover, the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
