Carole Denning Shepherd

Carole Denning Shepherd. Born January 8, 1951 in Plant City, Florida. Went home to be with the Lord on December 6, 2019. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Thomas, her daughter Sally (Brad) Bielen, her son Alex (Marjorie) Shepherd and five grandsons; Jake, Bleu, Cole, Alexander and Benjamin. She is also survived by one sister Marilyn.

Carole was a 1969 graduate of Plant City High School and lived in Plant City her entire life. She enjoyed working in her award winning garden, rescuing and caring for dogs, and was always complimented on her holiday decorations at the home she had dreamed of owning as a small child. Carole embodied the style and grace of a true lady with a warm smile to greet everyone she met.

Carole was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Plant City, Florida. Her life verse from the Bible is Joshua 1:9 which gave her courage in her final years.

Carole’s home-going service will be at Eastside Baptist Church on Saturday, December 14, 2019. Visitation from 10am-11am and service at 11am. Internment will be at Springhead Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to LifePath Hospice. The family wishes to especially thank Shelby, Tammy and Patricia of LifePath for their care.
