Bryan Scott Billings

Bryan Billings, age 24, of Plant City, Florida, passed away on May 21, 2018.

A native of Tampa, Florida, he was the son of Michael Foran and Lisa Marie Billings.

Along with his parents, Bryan is survived by his step-father, Jerry S. Mortellaro; brother, Justin Michael Foran; grandmother, Paula Foran; uncles, Bryan Billings (Wendy), Paul Billings (Rita), Alan Billings.

Bryan worked for Steak and Shake for 4 years. He enjoyed playing guitar, video games, long boarding, and spending time with his mother and friends. He also loved his beloved dog Shiva.

Bryan will be reunited with his best friend Sylvester “Sully” Rodriguez who also passed away too soon.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. A Service will be held during visitation at 6:00pm with Howard Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to American Asthma Foundation (americanasthmafoundation.org).
