Barbara Jean Swinson, 82 of Dover passed away September 5, 2017.

Born in Tampa, FL, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Goldie Chaney Jones. She was the wife of the late William Swinson, Sr. for 60 years.

Also preceding her in death was a son, James Swinson.

Her survivors include children, William (Barbara) Swinson, Jr., Robert (Debbie) Swinson, Barbara (Dennis) Miller; 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.

Barbara was a member at Eastside Baptist Church and loved to fish. She had worked for many years with her husband in their drywall business.

Funeral Services will be at 11am, Friday, September 8, 2017 at Haught Funeral Home, 708 W Dr MLK Jr Blvd, Plant City. Visitation will be from 6-8pm, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the funeral home.
