Arleen (Shepherd) Tart, 83, of Valrico, FL passed away on January 9, 2018. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and spent most of her life in Hellam and York PA before moving to FL to be close to family. She was the daughter of the late Lester and Mildred Shepherd. She is survived by her children Jeffrey Kohr, Pamela ( Kohr) LeCompte (Tom), Douglas Kohr (Kelley), and Cynthia (Kohr) Jobes (Terry) including six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
