Althea A Baker Cannon

Althea Cannon, age 98, of Plant City, FL passed away on October 12, 2019.

A native of Plant City, Florida, she was the daughter of the late James and Eunice J Stafford Baker. Althea was also preceded in death by her husband Ivey and siblings: Robert Baker, Aquilla Kennedy, and Mary Esther Thomas

Survivors include children: Roy (Ginger) Cannon, Julian (Mary Anne) Cannon. 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Althea attended, Knights Station Baptist Church, she helped her husband work the family farm while she raised a family that she cherished. She enjoyed fishing, bookkeeping and was a fabulous cook.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 18, 2019, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Haught Funeral Home Chapel, 708 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Plant City, FL 33563. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM Online condolences may be left for the family at www.haughtcare
